Shipping

We ship all orders with as minimal packaging as possible. All orders are shipped from Stockholm, Sweden using Postnord. Please allow a processing time of 1-2 business days.

Important note: Due to the holiday season, all orders made between 21 Nov 2024 and 29 Nov 2024 will be shipped to you on 1 Dec 2024.

Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the day on which the goods were delivered to you. The goods have to be in an unopened state, with the original packing still intact. For all orders, we will refund the product price and initial shipping costs. The shipping costs to return the good has to be paid in full by the customer.

To return an item, simply follow these steps:

  1. Send an email: Send an email to support@forflutna.se, stating that you want to return your order.
  2. Wait for approval: Once your return request is processed and approved, you will receive an email with return instructions.
  3. Buy a shipping label: In the confirmation email, you will be instructed to buy a shipping label. Note that the responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us, so we recommend that the return shipment is insured and traceable.
  4. Prepare your return: Make sure the items you want to return are unused and unopened for a full refund.
  5. Return and track: Return your order and track it to make sure it arrives back at our company.
  6. Wait for refund: Once we've received the returned items, we will examine them and start your refund process. This may take up to 4 business days. If you followed the return instructions correctly, the product price and initial shipping costs will be refunded to your original payment method.

Environment

Please also bear in mind that shipping goods back and forth generates greenhouse gases that are accelerating climate change. We encourage you to choose your items carefully to avoid unnecessary return shipments.
