What do I get when I buy Marimic?

You will receive a physical copy of our music card game 'Marimic'. This includes the ability to play with over 3700 popular songs, spread over 10 categories:

Do I need a Spotify or YouTube Music subscription? Do you support Apple Music?

You do not necessarily need a Spotify or Youtube Music subscription, but it does help. On some streaming platforms, you can play songs without a subscription, but that often only gives you a short music clip to listen to.

We also support Apple Music in a limited number of countries. These countries are Belgium, Germany, United Kingdom, the Netherlands and Sweden. For an optimal experience, we recommend that you have at least one smartphone in your friend group that has either a subscription for Spotify Premium, Youtube Music Premium or Apple Music (if the account is in one of the listed countries).

Do I need to download an app to play Marimic?

No, that's optional. You only need a smartphone or tablet with an internet connection and camera, that's it!

You need to be able to scan QR codes too, but most modern phones support QR codes. If your phone does not, you can download one of the many free QR code readers available in the Play or App store.

If you prefer to use an app, please download our Marimic app in the Google Play Store.

How many songs are there in each category?

It depends. Most categories contain 350+ songs and there may be overlapping songs over different categories. We continuously add new songs every month to the majority of the categories to keep it fresh.

What happens after I pay?

Within 30 minutes, you will receive an automated email confirming your payment. Since our company is quite small, we will try to ship Marimic to you within 1 to 2 business days.

When your order is shipped, we will sent you another confirmation email with more information about the expected delivery date. If you have any questions related to this after or before your payment, please let us know!
