Complete redesign of the user interface.

Added 14 artist categories! You can now mix the most popular hits from famous artists together with other categories. This adds around 400 extra songs.

Improved song choice when mixing categories. Songs are now chosen a roughly equal number of times per category, making it more balanced.
Improved QR code scanning for Marimic Android app.
Added in-app Spotify player (BETA) for Marimic Android app. You can now play songs in the app without seeing the artist/title and without having to even switch to the Spotify app! This option is currently in BETA.
